Chris Brown handed himself in to police after officers responded to a phone call around 12.30am on Sunday morning. An unnamed woman who accused the 19-year-old singer of hurting her. The LA Officials don't want to reveal the identity of the caller, but sources say its the "SOS" singer Rihanna. Chris Brown was involved in an argument. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker." Both singers pulled out of a planned appearance at last night's Grammy Awards following the incident. Chris was released after posting $50,000 bail. If this is true....what the f*£K. Well what does Michael Jackson and Rihanna have in common.....they both have a hot remake of the 1972's song "Soul Makossa". But it turns out the original singer of the song 72 year old African singer Manu Dibango, has filed suit against Michael Jackson and Rihanna accusing the pair of stealing the hook from the song. In the past Jackson had reportedly reached a financial settlement with Dibango after accepting he used parts of the song. But since Rihanna done her remake "Don't stop the music", the issue was revisited and all thou Rihanna got permission from Michael Jackson, she failed to contact Manu. He is suing them both seeking $650,330 in damages and block record labels Sony BMG, EMI and Warner from receiving any income from the songs until courts settle the issue. Well it was a dumb thing for Rihanna not to contact him.....i don't blame Dibango.

According to source her Circus tour was in chaos over after an argument with with ex-husband Kevin Federline over whether she would be able to bring Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James on the road. Its also said that the singer and her father Jamie had planned for the boys to stay at properties in Los Angeles, New Jersey and New Orleans, leaving Spears the freedom to contact them from nearby arena venues. Because the agreement was made without his lawyers, Kevin Federline said no. However Spears' representatives and Federline's legal team appear to have worked out an agreement that will allow the star access to her kids.
